Tool Description
A wood planer is a woodworking tool used to reduce the thickness of lumber and create flat, parallel surfaces. It works by feeding a piece of wood under a rotating cutter head, which removes a controlled amount of material with each pass.
This planer features a 15 inch, 4 row helical cutter head with 48 indexable carbide inserts. It cuts up to 1/8 inch deep at full width or 3/16 inch deep on material up to 6 inches wide.
