- Material to cover the pillars, cloth or canvas or maybe some kind of paneling
- Material to cover the unfinished wall
- Plastic to 'seal' the windows
- Floor refinishing
- Curtains or shades to cover the windows for when we want darkness for movies and such
- Better front door
- Air cleaners and dehumidifiers for safe electronics environ
- Space heaters?
- electrical conduit/wire/boxes
- CW has some 4" metal boxes, some with covers
- Mini-fridge. (Some place to store drinks and snacks.)
