Loaning or Donating Equipment

Contact the Sergeant at Arms for any equipment left in the workspace or taken from the work space. There is no need to contact him/her if you arrive with a piece of equipment and leave with it. But if you leave it over night, please register it.

Please refer to the Equipment Policy for details on Loaning or Donating Equipment. When registering, please provide this information for each piece of equipment:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The equipment's name and model number
  • The serial number
  • A short description of it's appearance
  • A short description of it's condition
  • An estimated value
  • Whether you are Donating it or Loaning it
  • Whether or not you are including the Owners Manual
  • Whether it requires special training to use it

Removing Loaned Equipment

If you plan on removing a piece of Loaned Equipment, please provide this information for each piece of equipment:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The equipment's name and model number
  • The serial number
  • The date you plan on removing it
