For todays general meeting we need to determine what is the current number of members constitutes a quorum.

Regarding finding a new space to move to, there currently doesn't seem to be any downsides to the Jefferson Underground location.

Our current place served it's purpose. It was money well spent.

Technically we don't have to have a member vote on moving. We have to hold a member vote on the expenses of moving.

Last months rent has already been payed to Jimmy as part of our initial deposit. The Jefferson Underground place can be ready by April. Polar Breeze location is ridiculously expensive. All the other places fell through.

We will probably need our own occupancy permit.

Our current monthly income is $880 if nobody drops. We have no insurance yet.

Still working on getting a PO box.
