Officer reports
President
A list is posted on the white board of things that need to get done before the open house. Mark things off as they get done. We have less than two weeks.
No names are going to named but some spray painting was done on John's, our landlord, patio upstairs. John was very upset and we almost lost our privileges to use the upstairs patio. If you need to paint something, do it on the tar roof at the very top with a drop cloth put down.

Minutes on the wiki are up to date. New business cards have been printed.
Treasurer
June dues are now delinquent. Cant use the workshop. Reminder emails will go out.
Sargent at Arms
Very soon a formalize set of rules and guidelines will be put together for the workshop. One of which will be anyone who uses the workshop will have to go through a training class. We will try to hold them on a regular schedule. Also no open toed shoes in the workshop anymore. You'll get a warning the first time. After that we don't know what else to do other suspend privileges after that.
Sunday there will be a work day. Need volunteers to help out get a list of things done. 10 or 15 people and we should be able to knock it out. Time set for noon.

Though on the subject, we have posted the open house on the Make calendar, RFT, Hack-a-day, and Facebook. Feel free to invite additonal people to the Facebook invite.

Email me if you want to do a class. We want to have a full class schedule for after the open house.

Who is keeping track of the carpet fund? No one specifically at the moment. Just about $100 been donated directly to us.
