Thanks to those being more proactive on dues. Probably need to change due date structure. There is a forum thread discussing the issue. Suggesting the 7th of the month. That will cover the first Tuesday meeting. If you are using the equipment for the month, then you should pay for the month. Basically you are paying for the month in advanced. If you join late in the month, you pay for the next month.
Sargent at Arms
Appointment has set to sign the lease on Friday at 6:00. The Sargent at Arms is taking over space moving activities at the President's request. Next Tuesday, rally the troops to show up early and do the move in lieu of the regular meeting.
