Ardunino for Artists!
4 Sunday nights 7 to 9:30ish starting Jan 29th  at Arch Reactor. 2400 South Jefferson, Saint Louis, MO.
No microcontroller, programming or electronics experience needed.  If you have an Arduino (or some clone) bring it, otherwise come and learn which would be best for you.
Free, but please RSVP to arduino@archreactor.org .  Questions can also be sent to that address.

5th          LCDs, third patry ICs, I2c and SPI protocols
12th        Multiple Voltages, Wireless communication, Controlling AC, DC motors
19th        Free day for catchup or topic of participant's interest

Just a note for AR folks.  This time around we're going to be doing much more coding.  More writing our code rather than relying on just running examples.  Hope to see you there!

    • Feb 7, Feb 21, Mar 7 from 1-4pm we will be building insect hotels at Arch Reactor
      An insect hotel is a place for insects to raise their young or hibernate over winter. You can use your insect hotel to attract beneficial insects to your garden to feed birds, eat pests, and promote pollination. The insect hotel can be a attractive focal point in your garden and will provide you with many exciting opportunities to get close up views of the lives of the bees, beetles, and butterflies that call your garden home. Each workshop will include several stations to create different types of insect rooms. Come to all 3 workshops to create the insect resort hotel or just come to one and build a motel. Whatever you can manage your insects will thank you.
